Service Legends Heating & Cooling was great. Chris, the technician who came out, explained the outside central air unit to me. I had no idea how it worked, and he explained things to me. He then came inside and to look at the furnace and he showed me the igniter, He again explained how the system works and gave me a sense for the kind of preventative maintenance it required. He was very helpful.
I was also thinking about getting the ducts cleaned, so he took a look. After inspecting the ducts, he told me that I did not need to have them cleaned just yet. That would have been a very expensive job, but he said it was not a problem. It is nice to know they are not just trying to get more business, they are looking out for what I really need.
They are great.
