Simply awful. I have had the opportunity to entertain a lot of business clients over the years and this place just plainly sucked. I would say the service was snail-like, but that would be a disservice to the snail. Wasn't quite sure they had any employees still working in the restaurant at one point. \r

When the food arrived, my business guests laughed out loud. Maybe they had just remembered the punch line for a joke, but more likely they were astonished at the presentation. Needless to say, when I wanted to impress my clients, I didn't want to do so with them laughing at the meal. Very embarrassing.\r

Oh, and did I mention that I was jacked around with my reservation? - even though I made it 3 weeks in advance? What is up with these folks? No customer service, but plenty of lip service. I wanted to punch the nearest waiter after three hours into this dreadful four hour ordeal. \r
