Called this company for washing machine repair and spoke with a very friendly person who worked out arrangements to my satisfaction for next day service. Technician came very next day at 10:00 AM sharp as requested. He promptly repaired my washer without the need of a part and left everything in perfect condition, cleaning up after himself. He seemed to be very knowledgeable of all appliances giving me a few helpful tips. I could recommend Dial Appliance to anyone, what a ""breath of fresh air"" after having been treated so badly in the past by other home service companies!
