actually, im a frequent visitor and they have had signs up of additional parking since before the construction and the rear or side access to ANY place of business is usually employee access only (go figure). and when you called down the hall and no one answered, im sure they were all, you know, working. also, ive had many encounters with the fornt desk staff and you cant find a nicer and more bend-over-backwards group and if they had so little empathy for animals im sure they would have a different job. \r
and please explain to me a time when you have gone to the human emergency room and they saw you ASAP??? if your pet was in such ""distress"" maybe you should have informed them of so and yes of course im sure there is an emergency fee. how would you feel if you had made an appointment and now someone rushes in ahead of you and makes you wait longer than you were supposed to? also, im sure the staff has to drop everything to assist in helping your pet which takes away from the needs of other clients and patients. dont blame this very helpful clinic and staff because you were impatient and did not want to pay the nessasary costs for your pet. thats your short coming not theirs. all of my experiences with winter garden animal hospital are beyond compare with any other place i've been. the best doctors and staff you could ask for. they are the only ones i would trust with my beloved family members.
