We have a third-party extended warranty (with in-house service) on our Samsung LCD TV through RepairMaster. Our TV started having trouble turning on. RepairMaster told us that they setup a service call with AID Audio. I called AID Audio the next day (Wed). They had the info and setup a service call for three weekdays from then (Mon). The morning of the call, they gave a 1.5 hour window. When the tech arrived, he said he had seen the problem before (power supply), replaced the power supply, and the TV was fixed in about 15 minutes. That was a week ago, and the TV has been fine since then. After RepairMaster referred me to AID Audio, I googled it and found this site, and was nervous about our prospects.
