I told them the wrong model for my car over the phone, so when tech showed up, obviously they had ordered the wrong door glass. It was Saturday afternoon, and it looked like I was going to spend the weekend worrying about my missing window. Technician went waaay out of his way to make sure I got out of there with my window fixed, including offering to come in Sunday to fix it on his day off. No question my business goes back to these guys next time.THANKS?
