I was very impressed with the level of customer service at Dr. O'Braitis' office. I was greeted warmly from the moment I walked into the office, the lady at the desk anticipated I was the next appointment, and struck up a genuinely friendly conversation with me. It was a very family-friendly atmosphere strengthened by the staffs engaging and enthusiastic conversations about their own families.
I have had a lot of work done with Dr. O'Braitis, and his work is exceptional, and very fairly priced. I never once felt as though I was being over charged or upsold on unecessary treatments. And to boot, the office does all the sports guards for the perennial state powerhouse football teams at Mission Viejo and other orange county schools! It was just an overall great experience.
