Life changing! PHYSICALLY, mentally and emotionally! This course and these instructors have an amazing program. I was standing there today, looking around, and am constantly amazed at how much everyone has improved in such a short amount of time. I am on my second UBC as the first one was incredibly successful! Within 10 weeks, I lost 14.5” and 10lbs (as I gained a lot of muscle). The best part about this UBC is the environment. The instructors and coaches are genuine, highly motivating and fun! I am definitely someone who constantly needs to be motivated when it comes to exercise. My advice, put some money aside to buy a new smaller sized wardrobe, because you are going to need it!
