I do not recommend this store. I purchased in house paper and envelopes for some custom stationary and am highly disappointed by a number of things. \r

First is the price. Ridiculous! I knew it would be pricey but $25 more then other stationary stores in town (I have since had to order my stationary from another store). \r

Second, their staff is rude. They made a mistake and somehow it is now all my fault. The lady actually called me out for not returning her email in a timely fashion when she was almost 5 days late sending me a proof and I had to call THEM to see what the delay was. I was promised a week for everything and we are already well past a week. \r

Of course now they will not refund my money. I understand that is not something businesses like to do but when your staff has been so rude to a customer and now they are well over the promised time frame something should be done to appease the customer. Apparently they do so much business that they just don't care about keeping people happy. \r

I could go on but will just leave it at this....\r
Go to Social Graces, and if that is out of your budget, good ole' Hallmark is still better then this place.
