I moved from Jersey city, NJ to Manhattan, NY. My experience with Universe Express Inc. was great. I was nervous using a moving company after all the horror stories I have heard. However, Universe Express took great care of me. Their customer service reps were always available to assist me throughout my move. Universe Express defiantly did as they promised. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest company. My items were well taken care of and there was no damage done.
