I just got my new progressive lenses from Dr. Cochran and his wonderful staff at Northwood Vision and I can't begin to tell you how thrilled I am. It's not just that the glasses are great, - they are perfect actually, but it's the amazing level of service I got from the moment I walked through their doors. Lori, at the front desk, did the preliminary part of my visit, answered my questions and treated me like a was a member of her family. Dr. Cochran spent oodles of time checking my eyes, explaining what was causing my vision issues and running through the myriad options I had available to me. I knew he really cared what was going to make my vision better. Colleen and Lori worked together helping me find frames. I was really indecisive and probably tried on 50 or more pairs. We got it down to 8 favorites and went back and forth until I called in reinforcements and we all waited until my fiance arrived to help make the decision. They fitted the pair I wanted and spent so much time making sure that my progressives would suit my work and lifestyle. When my glasses came in Colleen and Lori spent 45 minutes training me to use my new glasses and answering my questions.
