From the minute I got there, the technician was very informative and concerned. He told me exactly when my car would be ready and what work needed to be done. And, he spoke to me in layman's terms so I could understand him. The job was perfect. I am totally satisfied, and if I need to get more work done, I will definitely go back to Stan Carlsen Body Shop.
