I called the store before I went because very few, maybe one carry singer sewing machine accessories. Phone was answered promptly and respectfully. I was advised to bring my machine in when I came so that the right part could be retrieved. I was greeted upon entering the door and was promptly helped with the part. Great experience and I will definitely go there again!!
