I went to a wedding open house during the spring of 2009 where different vendors were promoting their services. There were two bakers on site providing samples of their cakes, and Mrs B was one of them. After tasting Mrs B's cake, I completely forgot about the other baker because her cake was soooo good and fresh!
My wedding was later that year. As the 'big day' approached, I sampled some other cakes to be sure Mrs B was the best. One particular day, I went with my coordinator to a bakery, and they could tell by the look on my face that I wasn't impressed. I later met with them at Mrs B's bakery for a tasting. Afterwards, we sat in the parking lot for a few minutes and laughed. Why? They found out why all of the other bakers were not up to par. While some of the other cakes were pretty good, Mrs B's was by far the best. Everyone at my wedding agreed! I had a three tier cake. The bottom layer was chocolate and vanilla cheesecake. The top two layers was vanilla cake with chocolate filling. I recently had her make another cake for our anniversary. I will definitely use her services in the future.
