My friend told me about this company. When I asked for the estimate, They come out to my property right away. Inspector was so professional , very kind and detail. He spent about 30 minutes to check my property when other company finished in 10 minutes. He told I do not worry for next sometimes and left me a very practical advice for me to adopt. He did not make any money from me but he was so kind and professional, I definitely use this company when I need it. My friend told me other company try to sell he does not need to do with unreasonably high charge. Cats is best.
