Video is posted under user name Moldaid1 on www.youtube. Mold Aid first visited my home in March to do an inspection and provide an estimate and scope of work. Due to their insurance policy the company does not permit anyone to be present during the remediation work. Later in the day I drove by the home to find the garage door open and poorly covered belongings in the garage while workers carelessly removed drywall from the ceiling. In court Mr. Taylor claimed that since the garage or crawlspace would be considered unlived in space, it would not need to be properly contained to protect belongings or possible cross contamination. The company did not use 6mil plastic as stated in the contract and failed to use any form of negative air pressure, or air cleaning devise. The company returned a month later to complete the work, on the HVAC and failed to cover any belongings with in the home.
