I had used De franco twice before and they seemed professional. On 10/5 I called and arranged a ride to Newark airport for 6:45AM on 10/7. After 10 minutes passed the designated pickup, I tried calling only to get a taped message. Finally scrambled to get another ride, barely made it to the airport in time and when I returned called and asked the owner to get in touch with me so he could know what happened. Owner never returned my call leading me to believe lack of service starts at the top. Would never use them again and you shouldn't if you care about getting somewhere on time.
