I didnt get anything from Mr.. Gjerde I didn't expect. A lawyer client relationship is a collaboration. You can't expect to throw your problems over the counter and make them disappear.
I had to manage things with this office as I expected to.
When things didn't go as well as i thought they should, Sean always made them right and did so fairly.
He also handled my case with an amount of casual mutual respect that is not common from a law office.
I COLLABORATED with Sean working with him. Everything pretty much went how he said it would. The couple of things that didn't? He hustled to get taken care of to my satisfaction.
If you are seeking legal help for family law or bankruptcy, your life is pretty screwed up and it is very emotional and challenging. You cant mistake that emotion, and your lawyers casualness with the court system (because they are so familiar with it) as arrogance. There is a difference.
I am satisfied with my experience with this law firm and would use them again...although I never hope to darken there door again!
