Travis B was the 3rd technician we had come out to service our Samsung refigerator. First two guys couldn't diagnose the problem and told me I was hearing things(funny, loud running sound every minute or so). This went on for a couple of months, driving me crazy. Travis B came out, figured out the problem, ordered the part and wah-lah, it was fixed. Blessed silence. He was very friendly and knowledgable and we were very pleased with the service.
