I had to return an item and was told that it was not returnable. Then I told the clerk that that policy was not explained at the time of purchase, so they did credit my card but only after the owner gave me a stern look from behind the pharmacy glass. When I bought another item for more money I was told it had to be returned the next day if it didn't work out. I paid for the item ($50), put it in my own shopping bag, thus saving them a store bag. No thank you was uttered. I will not patronize this local business again.
