After making a reservation and still waiting a half an hour, we were given a table. Cocktails and pickled oyster were very good, as was the salad, but then we had to wait another half an hour for our entrees. When they came, the $28 porkchop was literally almost all fat. Maybe 4-5 bites worth of meat. My wife complained, and instead of offering to replace her entree or the cut of meat, she was condescendingly told that it was heritage pork, and therefore she should be happy that it was almost all fat, even if she couldn't eat it. They did offer a side dish--a medley of wild mushrooms--which actually consisted of two mushrooms in a broth. Didn't exactly fill out the meal. Too bad, because it seems like it could be a great restaurant, but too many kinks to work out for the cost.
