First of all I don't know if any of these people who have left reviews have actually been to the store. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Ron Tonkin Dodge since 2006. My wife purchased her vehicle through Ron Tonkin Nissan. The buying experience is top notch. I have done deals with the following employees: Jaron Watkins, and David Lee in sales. They know their product line as well as any sales person should. They both went above and beyond the call of duty to make my buying experience virtually pain free. I especially like the fact that I received phone calls 1 week or so after my buying experience to make sure i was happy. NOW THAT IS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have also dealt with Brian Barnes (Sales MGR), and JB Lumb (Finance MGR) numerous times. They both are great to work with. The thing that I liked most about these gentlemen was that they are straight shooters. They are not going to sell me something I don't want or didn't ask for. Furthermore the Financing side was easy and fast. Which you don't find at most dealerships. What most people don't understand about this industry is they are human, they do make mistakes, and they are trying to make a living just like you and I. NOBODY IS PERFECT. I applaud the Ron Tonkin Family of Dealerships in their 5 star customer service because that is what I get every time I am there whether it be buying a new car, oil change, or maintenance. I won't take my cars anywhere else. Best service I've ever had. Look forward to buying our next cars in the near future. Thanks again guys.
