I have called the state on this woman. I had to go and file a restraining order on her because she was mad I took my kids out of her daycare!! She called CPS on me (which they came out and thought Ms. Soto was a joke) and she called my job and told them horrible things. Oh yeah, when I went to the police station to file complaints on her, they were very familiar with her and not for good reasons!! She has this weird control issue and is bi-polar. It makes me sick to my stomach to think what kids had to put up with, with this woman!!
