Had a great facial the first time I went to Urban Gypsy, thought the massage would be just as good. Couldn't have been more disappointed. Unless you enjoy a light massage, this really isn't for you. I have alot of issues with my neck, knots, pressure and discomfort which I specified before we started. I was straight forward that I was there to have my neck worked on. After about 30 minutes in, my neck still hadn't even been touched which I voiced, I was to the point. I don't like my head massaged or my earlobes squeezed, I was there to have my neck worked on. Short story long, my neck still hurts, I left slightly annoyed. My roomate can find the knots in my neck. She's not a massage therapist. She locates underground utilities. I should've just gave her the $50. But at least my ear lobes are relaxed
