With customer service at an all-time low nowadays, I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted here with the utmost courtesy and respect; I'd say I received first class customer service. The care and knowledge they provided me in selecting my frames was impressive. I purchased a gorgeous pair of SALT eyeglasses that I later decided I didn't quite like as much as another pair (chalk this up to female indecision). They allowed me to exchange them, unworn, for another pair because they wanted me to be happy with my choice. I don't remember the last time a business put customer needs at the forefront.
