Nothing could be more dishonest than their tag line: ""We won't let you down""? Well they did, big time, to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars lost in their scam real estate rebate loans. They sucker you in from advertizements on Christian radio stations, saying you can trust them - dont be gullable, they use you to enrich themselves with high YSP's, telling you that it will reduce your payments through serial refinancing. My payments went up and up and PF left me high and dry. Unless you want to go bankrupt and see your home go to foreclosure, run away from these crooks as fast as you can.
