I was super impressed from the moment we stepped into the door for my dog's ""interview"". When we returned for the actual boarding dates they remembered my dog by name. He was very excited to be there. We picked him up after two days and I don't think he wanted to come home. In fact, we were a bit let down by his lack of excitement to see us. haha. I will be using Camp Bow Wow every time we need a place to board our dog. We also received a thank you card in the mail from them yesterday for boarding our dog there. What great customer service!
