Dr. Boland is direct and to the point. He is the most intelligent man I have ever met and he has the solution to every problem. Sometimes feedback is hard to hear and you can either be defensive and reject it or listen carefully and grow. My previous experiences have been with therapist that just listened but did not give any helpful feedback. Dr. Boland tells it like it is and if you listen without being defensive, he makes great sense and has great ideas and solutions.
