Everyone was very polite. However upon check in we found two roomates we did not want. One roach was in the sink, while another was in the tub. Then upon coming home to my clean home. I found another in our luggage. Luckly we were able to locate it before it got out and infested my clean home. I do not recommend staying here if you are not use to living with UN-wanted pests.
