Darrel, with Creative Kitchen and Bath, was very dependable. When he said he was going to be here, he was here. He was very patient as I picked out things that I wanted because I didn't know what I wanted at first. He added some really nice touches that I liked. Darrel tiled the kitchen and the family room and also did two bathrooms. I found him to be very meticulous without being compulsive.
