I don't know what kind of wax they use, but that is the key to their success apparently! It is like a gummy, taffy wax (not some cheap honey wax with muslin strips that butcher your skin), and it just pulls the hair out- my skin was not irritated at all, and I'm usually the one who gets skin burns and bumps. I really like Veronica, she does all the body waxing, brows, facials, and an organic airbrush tanning,too. If you are skeptical like I was, I urge you to go here- Veronica is the owner and she'll take the time to explain everything to you until you are comfortable. I also like shopping in their little boutique, but definitely go and get waxed here- not only will you get it "painless", you get $5 for each person you refer (which means free waxes for me!) :)
