My parents needed a security system for their house so I decided to go with ADT. I heard some good things about Alarm Force but the bottom line was that they didn't send police during an alarm. MHB Security, an ADT dealer, offered the most equipment compared to other dealers and they didn't try to sell me a system over the phone like some other dealers. I don't understand how these dealers can tell me what protection was needed in my parents' home without physically seeing the house and surroundings for themselves. I appreciated that a Manager from MHB Security was able to come to my parents' home and let us know what type of equipment would go in their house and what extra equipment they needed since their house backs into a forest. He also suggested a medical alert button for my mom since she is a heart patient. I was satisfied that in case if anything happened to my mom she would be able to get medical help right away. Thanks MHB Security for providing my parents with the optimal alarm system.
