First we called and were greeted by a very professional lady who helped us set an appointment. Then we got a call to let us know when the plumber was on his way. The plumber (Michael) arrived and greeted us with information about the service he was going to provide and some information about other products and services that are provided by Roto-Rooter. He ran a quick test to help diagnose the whole problem before he did anything else. Then he performed the service and cleared up the problem and we are really happy to have someone as professional as Michael come to our aid. Thank You Roto-Rooter of Colorado Springs.
