I placed an ordered in the store because they don't have it in stock, they promised me that the items will arrive 2-3 weeks. I waited for 3 weeks and called them, they said they only have the loveseat, the sofa is not in stock yet(what goods does that make). So I waited for another few days, the sofa arrived and I went to pick it. When I opened it and install the legs I noticed that the loveseat is missing the screws to screw in the legs.
Now the customer service part: I called customer service to stated that the loveseat is missing the hardwares, it will be amazing if they picked up the people's call....message, message, message. I left them a message, no one call me back its been 2 days. Right now I am screw without the screws and still trying to contact them.
