I went to the Voila Open House last week at their commercial kitchen and was amazed at the food. The scallops were cooked to order and plated just like a restaurant. Loved my first time for wild boar and the creme brullees were heavenly. Looking forward to the occasion when I can use them for my own event!
Pros: The Chefs make the food right there!
