I had used Genesis about 4 years ago with good success so when I needed a car that I was selling detailed I took it back to them. I picked up my vehicle and was very disappointed to find that the wheels were still dirty in areas that are easy to clean, wax residue was all over my black plastic trim, wax residue was left all over my cars paint which I had to buff out, the interior windows were not cleaned properly, the sunroof glass was completely missed, and to top it off they broke my rear passenger window button. This will be my last trip to Genesis and would recommend you find another detail shop.
