I found parts-people.com a couple of years ago through Google. I ordered pretty much the entire outer casing, the palm rest and a charger for my Dell 640m. Someone called me to confirm the type of laptop I owned in order to be certain I had ordered the correct parts. I remember thinking how awesome their customer service was. I was also ASTOUNDED when the parts arrived 48 hours later ... in CANADA, from TEXAS !!! I couldn't believe it !\r

A couple of weeks ago, I ordered another cover for my laptop because a hinge had broken. I ordered a B graded cover because my laptop is 3.5 years old anyway. Well I have no clue why it was graded as being a B because it didn't have a scratch and came delivered with clear protective paper stuck to the cover as if it was new. I ordered the part on Christmas Day (Friday) and received it on the TUESDAY.\r
