I ordered 3 parts for an old Dell Laptop on Sunday night and they were delivered to my door on Tuesday evening! That was great, however, there was one item missing! I triple sure it was not in the box. It was not damaged nor compromised. I called the next Tuesday morning, talked to a really nice guy, Ben, told him my situation and he immediately shipped the missing part to me. I am a customer service professional myself and I commend Ben on his fantastic service! Have recommended Parts-People to all of my friends and family who own a Dell laptop!
