Back to back years I had absolutely terrible experiences with Durkin. YEAR ONE; several friends and I paid for a 10 bedroom cottage in January. Fast forward to June we arrive at the house, are bringing our things into the house, and we are told we have to leave because there was a red flag with the person who rented the house. I understand Durkin is simply trying to protect their property from damage, however, we paid in January and were told to leave the day we arrived in June. Durkin provided no assistance in helping us find another beach house. Basically told us too bad, leave or they'd call the police.\r
YEAR TWO; a friend of mine rented from Durkin for a week. After we left we were notified that there was a bad smell on one of the mattresses. You would think, goodbye security deposit.
