I called them around 10AM and said I needed them there as soon as possible, they told me 12-2PM, and I thought, "Awesome, that's quick!", and then they called and said they could come even earlier if I was ok with that and I was ecstatic! My main drain was clogged and I had minimal water drainage and he let me know how he had to do to possibly fix my problem. He ended up having to go through my toilet drain, and I thought, "Oh great, my bathroom is going to be so dirty." Not the case!! He came in, asked me about the problems I've been having and I felt like he really was listening to me with genuine concern. He left my bathroom just as clean as he'd found it (which was very clean considering I had cleaned it the night before!) He told me my options and how much it could cost. He tried multiple things to attempt to fix my problem (which wasn't solved) and he told me some options I had to deal with the problem in the meantime, until we can have the problem resolved.
