I had been taking my dogs to Dr. Domotor's for many years and unfortunately when my dogs got sick they were unable to see them right away. I was in search for a new vet and decided to go to VCA. I had adopted a new dog which came down with kennel cough. My first visit here was great however when I had to go back it was the most horrible experience. My two other dogs were not vaccinated for kennel cough so they both got it.
When I got up one morning one of my dogs was not putting any weight on her front leg. I called VCA and they were able to take her that same day. I had to work that day so I had a family member take her to her appointment. I did specify to both my mom and the front desk staff that she did have a history of arthritis and that she did have kennel cough. During the exam the vet found that she had a high temperature and was dehydrated.
