I recently ended a three year rental term with Janelle Nord of the Orangevale Hompointe office. My wife & I experienced a much different experience than what most list in these reviews. We occupied a 3 bedroom 2000+ sq.ft home in Roseville and found Janelle and her staff to be quite responsive. We respectfully returned the property to the team in excellent condition and received all but $150 of a $1600 deposit. We maintained a professional approach with the team and in return they responded professionally.
