Had a friend who ended up disillusioned because she couldn't afford what she really loved, and then got the runaround on prices on other stuff. They seem more concerned with bashing other companies and brands.....makes you wonder what they're afraid of! Found the finest pianos at Bob & Elliott's Piano Shoppe, and good pricing.
