Our experience last New Year's eve was superb. All parties were so thrilled, that we decided to return for New Year's eve 2009. However, we were horribly disappointed.\r

We were seated with an exterior building light glaring at our eye level. We inquired if the shade could be dropped to block the light. Although the waiter tried to accomodate, we were informed that, per management, it could not be lowered any further. We tried to ignore the light but decided to ask mangement if it could be lowered or if we could be moved. The restaurant was near empty as it was early. Although the shade was lowered, we were met with child-like arrogance from the manager during the remainder of the evening. \r

Sparing the reader further detail, a game-like attitude ensued during the remainder of our evening. When we were leaving, as a final jab, the manager MADE SURE we heard his order, to a waiter, to raise the shade. He We were left wondering if the manager had a grasp of customer service.
