Galaxie has never been unclear in all the twenty years I have worked with them in restock charges. I trust them as much now as I did when I began in the building industry. It's too bad one person needs to go in and make them look bad when in all reality they have halped thousands of good people for several years. The only way to know is to see for yourself. Trust me I have learned the hard way in the past but have had nothing but a good experience from these guys!
