I find it odd so many five star ratings came up about this company within a couple of months....interesting and usually means the company is behind that.
We own our home and rathbun helped us rent it. They did rent it fairly quickly. The communication with them pretty much stopped at that point. It was really difficult and their lack of organization was impossible to get around.
Repairs were slopy and never done in time. we ended up just selling the house after the lease was up but i would really reconsider if you are using them. realize organization and professionalism are not their strong points and they will not be easy to deal with.
Cons: Disorganized and bad maintenence
