Can't comment on the sale of actual cars, but when it comes to parts, they mark them up by almost 100%. Bought some wiper blade inserts and other miscelaneous parts and was shocked by the prices. Found the very same parts online for much less (including shipping costs). I would strongly recommend that you shop online rather that go to Toyota of Kirkland for parts.
