I went to randazos for the first time to place various orders for fruit and cheese trays. I thought they had a good reputation and would come through for my event. I purchased several trays to find out upon serving them that the strawberrys were rotten. I was so embaressed. When i went to explain the incident to employees and management, they refused to do anything about it. Its not just bad service, its rotten food! \r

In addition, i ordered the jumbo sized trays and they were very small and mixed with too much filler mellon and not enough berries. All around, just bad experience from, what i thought was a reputable chain.

Cons: rotten produce and rude customer service
