I have been going to Ian's for years and always get my brakes and tires done there. Today I went because I must have a nail in my tire (which I bought there) and it is slowly leaking air. I asked them if they could check it out and fix the whole since it may be under warranty and I know they do it for free at Big Brand Tires even if you didn't buy the tires there. Ian's said they would charge me $22 to do it. I told them I would go to Big Brand instead since it is free and they told me they would give me a discount. It is not that I am being cheap. I just expenct that if we have given them thousands of dollars in business over the years, they should do this little thing for free since the competitors do it. I was very disillusioned and will not go back. So I ended up going to Big Brand and they did it for free. Such a little thing to loose so much business off.
