I purchased Laser hair removal package and was excited to start going there. However, every time my visits lasted no longer then five minutes for the two areas and I could tell they didn't cover the areas with the laser. I was burned too. Kept going since I paid a lot of money but the laser hair removal had no effect even after 10 visits. Complaining didn't help at all.
It is a rip-off. I told my friends not to go there.
